My very first holiday was spent with my mum and three sisters in a caravan at Weymouth and we discovered the beach at Durdle Dor.
I painted the picture above, years later, from a photo I had taken during that wonderful holiday.

I am an English, female artist, currently living and working in beautiful Somerset. I have been passionate about painting and constantly trying to develop as a fine artist, for most of my life, especially as a child and now in my more mature years. The in-between bit was filled with nurturing and supporting my family who now lead their independent lives and I have returned to my passion for art.
